Just got done installing my new speakers. For those who haven't done this yet there's an amplifier for the rear speakers or supposed to be. The previous owner of my prelude had taken it out along with the my speakers. For me I had to cut the wires before the plug that is supposed to go to the amp.

LEFT SPEAKER = BLU/YEL IS + AND GRY/WHT IS -
RIGHT SPEAKER = RED/YEL IS + AND BRN/WHT IS -

If you are going to use the old amp its
LEFT SPEAKER = PINK IS + AND YEL/WHT IS -
RIGHT SPEAKER = WHT/YEL IS + AND LT GRN/WHT IS -

If you're going to use an aftermarket amp use the first set of wires I listed for signal input and the battery input wire WHT/GRN and the ground BLK of course for power.

Also depending on the speakers you buy you might have to trim the speaker grills.
