Rear Lip Questions

So I plan on getting new polyurethane oem front and rear lip and either do oem sides or mugen sides, but anyways my question is about the fitment of the rear lip. The way my muffler is positioned it kinda angles up and lays right under that black part that goes around the underbody of the car (forgot what its called) and im wondering if the oem rear lip would basically take the place of the black part or would modification be needed for it to fit

The lip sits lower than the piece you have.

Well If I got the kit eventually and hand a shop paint and install it would the most feasible thing to do be to have them, for lack of a better phrase, take out the chunk right above the tip

It would be easier to just lower the muffler or put the oem muffler/exhaust back on.
