In other words you could be misunderstood. And well its hard to express yourself when you type sometimes.

This is awesome on many levels.

$600 for door sills? WTF!? Fnck a door sill, $600 will buy a euro-r manifold already ported and plugged for your car. $600 will buy a nice set of used lightweight rims, maybe with tires. $600 is frickin half a day of dynotime. Jaysus.

And you honestly think your car ranks as the best in the world? You must be bug-fncking crazy dude. You've got a car that's got over 200,000 miles on it; it's been modified to hell and back. And along the way you've done all kinds of sh!t like spending $600 dollars on door sills. It's worth less than probably 80% of the preludes out there, and I can garantee you, no one on the face of this earth is going to agree with you that it's the best prelude in the world.

My car has almost 25% of the mileage of yours, and I'm not saying I haven't thrown a bunch of money into it either; because I'm guilty of the same (as I'm sure we all are). But:
1) I don't go around telling everyone it's the sh!t
2) I don't go around buying absolutely useless sh!t like door sills for $600
3) When I've spent ludicrous amounts of money on my car, it's been in quality parts; not slapping the sh!t together with a slipping belt and a sh!tty tune.

Get your sh!t together, then go get your $600 door sills. But I guess it's a little too late for that bit of advice, eh?

Now go get your shine box.

i can tell that reading owns you by far.
I hope you werent serious about his cars mileage, because if so than you should take up some reading classes/no offense...btw the mileage is only on the body not the motor itself.....anyways..

about the things that you have done to your car...
That is your car,and he has his car therefore, PEOPLE FKIN DO DIFFERENT SHYT TO THEIR CARS.
F_UCK not everyones the same, and well if he has the money to buy that sht than let him. ITS HIS money n his lude.

anyways thats my 2cents.

Wtf are YOU talking about? He mentioned prepreludesh's car having over 200,000 miles. Prepreludesh claims to have over 200,000 miles (and counting.) Quick math = he's right! *200,000 miles is 200,000 miles. Kbb doesn't care. Neither do all the other moving parts not attached to the motor.

Also, how can you insult his reading comprehension and then say "no offense" and expect him to not be offended?

Edit: Reading may own him, but grammar and punctuation own YOU!

No offense.....

So what are you saying? Building internals negates mileage?

I understand that, but it's still helpful for people who are trying to piece together your sentence fragments.

You're giving us Indianians a bad name.

So you are saying that mileage on the motor is still 200,000miles if you rebuild your whole motor with new parts using a block that has low milage and redoing your head etc.... ????

I'm saying that you can't remove miles from a motor. Ferris Beueler couldn't do it, and neither can you.

Yes, it has the potential to be a stronger motor w/ propper management than a stock motor w/ the same miles. But, all in all, it's still a motor w/ 200,000 miles.

Believe it or not, that's the correct term, although I haven't heard it used since the 2nd grade.

San Diegans = San Diego (Ron Burgandy reference)
Indianians = Indiana

Im pretty sure that he is using a block that had less mileage...but its all coo... no use of this internet arguing between two Indianians

Well, I think you told everybody.

Btw, is it requisite for anyone who is addressing you to read your 'best prelude in the world' thread in advance?

You need to realize that nobody has to listen to anything you say. Just be thankful that you're getting any attention at all.

And I'll use pink text when I'm actually being sarcastic. Thanks.

Who are you? Have you even read my thread in members rides? WTF? The mileage is on the car itself. The engine had 80,000 miles on it before being resleeved, with pistons, rods and a balanced and blueprinted crankshaft. Not to mention all new bearings and seals. Technically the engine is all brand new but I will give you one thing that doesn't make it totally brand new, and that is the small amount of calcium or whatnot buildup on the aluminum in the coolant holes throughout the block that naturally buildup over the life of the engine regardless of what coolant you run. There's really no way to get rid of it unless you take a dremel or some kind of sanding tool to get it out but then you still have the problem of the very tiny orrifices that deposits get into. Also, $100 got me 3 hours of dynotime (probably the only hookup I've gotten) and I already have rims and I don't need a euro manifold because I have a supercharger. And guess what buddy, the supercharger belt slips on everyone at some point. It's just the way it goes. When the car has made 15+ pulls on a dyno, the belt is gonna get hot enough to keep slipping.

And apparently you don't have either the street smarts to understand the concept of my title or you're too busy writing 5,000 word essays to get your GED, but to title my thread the best prelude in the world
has gotten more attention than titling the thread "New to PO" or "Check out my pics." Just look at the view count.

What you all aren't getting is I don't write numbers and prices to brag, I write them because when i was a new guy into the whole tuning scene, people lied out their asses about the costs associated with parts and installation and they lied about total output of their engines. And all this made me pissed off when i went to get that part and it cost twice as much while delivering half the potential of horsepower. Eventually I got to the point where all intake and exhaust systems made the same power regardless of brand, and that power was "not enough." So what did I do? I sunk money into my passion and now when I type f-ing prices I pay and numbers I get from them on the forum, all i get is haters saying I'm bragging about it. F*ck y'all, I'll tell you what I paid so you can make the choice on whether or not the price that shop is giving you is accurate or not or where you can find it better. You think I really want to pay more than I have to when I have to? Hell no! I use Ebay for a reason, to save money! But sometimes you lose out, so what? It can happen to anyone.

More than half the people I run across tell me the great hookup they "could" get on certain things, yet when I try to ask them if I can get in on it, they fall short with some BS excuse. That was the story of my life when I went to piece together this SIR interior just as an example. So now that I come across some rare parts that you just can't buy from an internet site for some set price and I actually have to bid on the damn things, hell yeah I'm going to get raped on a price, but you know what, for the pieces I want on this car to complete the look, I will have to drop my pants around my ankles more than a couple times.

So everyone shut the hell up about how I brag about these pieces I get and realize I'm doing nothing more than informing everyone. Like hell I want to keep paying high prices but people that want something rare have to realize that the rare don't grow on trees. And I don't care how many of you "used" to have these door sills, go back to 2003 and send me a set then. Jesus, you need to put time into perspective. And also, since you've all seen cars greater than mine, then by all means, post up the pictures and specs. All I've wanted to do when I joined this forum was to find the ultimate Prelude and I will admit, I've found 2 or 3 stateside preludes where the owners really took time to cover every area of the car. After all, how can you claim to have an ultimate car when you haven't covered every area? Anyone that's been here since 2007 like me can easily see that the threads that boast a super-clean and awe-inspiring Prelude have their pictures taken down long, long ago. So if anyone has pictures of a Prelude where the interior, exterior, engine and suspension mods have all been revamped, then I'd love to see it.

As for now, to the haters, go play with your Subarus or S2000's or keep trying to find a date for prom. I'm going to keep posting with stuff that I don't even have to wonder if others are getting useful information from, because I'm getting the feedback that they are almost every day.
Hmm..hey, smart guy that was me writing that essay not him so don't let reading own you too.
And damn Im going to let you do my essays from now on it seems that you like to write alot.lmao.

It doesn't matter how much power the engine can handle. It's the fact that it's all going to the front wheels.
