Random cut out at part throttle

I know this sounds a lot like the ignition recall but I wanted to run it by folks here first. So a few things about my car that may/may not be pertinent. It's built and turbo'd but using a Omni MAP and TPS. I've not changed the ignition other than running an MSD coil (which I wish I didn't have but it came with the car) and at part throttle cruising (even using cruise control) the motor behaves like I let off the gas but doesn't stall, the dash lights don't go off or anything and shortly thereafter (1-2 seconds) it resumes at whatever the throttle position was.

It has never done this when at full throttle or when accelerating only under part throttle. The ignition recall was done at some point in time, but I'm wondering if it needs it again and if so, how easy is it to do?

The other thing I am thinking is maybe my TPS is simply on the fritz, when I look in hondata it doesn't seem to be terribly consistent in that if I floor the gas (with the ignition on, but not running) it bounces between %83 and %96 which seems like a bit of a jump and it fluctuates at rest as well.

Thoughts anyone? I'm thinking it's a bad tps that is cutting out somewhere since it never actually stalls out or anything.

I think it may be the TPS, threw a code for it in hondata today, has anyone had one of these go bad slowly like this? Usually they just die, or at least thats how it usually goes in other cars I've had...

Bump because new TPS and MAP did nothing, have some hondata datalogs it still looks like the TPS is cutting out (and thus sending injectors to %0 load) but everything else seems like it's working fine anyone have any ideas?
