But to answer the "luke_a192" question, Yea its completely unnecessary for you to put ATF on the cooler lines. In fact, I don't think I've ever heard of someone doing that before on any vehicle. Nonetheless, you're just going to cause a headache to yourself if you attempt to do so. Just add w/e amount of ATF that drained out and you'll be fine.
