juss wondering...since the ludes stock rpm tach is off by a few hundred rpms, would an aftermarket rpm tach like the r1 or autometer fix the problem? thanks

an aftermarket tach would just be more accurate. If you don't have one.. just shift at indicated 8k rpms and you'll be fine... if you're considering redlining.
