quick ?

i got a 1997 lude base h22a4 tiptronic and i was wonderin should i have one
02 sensor or 2 o2 s ?

You have 2 O2 sensors, one right before the cat, one right after.

lol actually i have one and check engine not on and just passed inspection so now whats the explanation man lol im stumped the only one i have is on cat before the actual honey comb

The second O2 just checks for emissions stuff. If it isn't working or isn't even there it won't hurt anything, but your CEL will always be on. Maybe somebody installed an O2 simulator? Still have the stock cat?

yea stock exhaust but i was gonna buy an aftermarket of a guy on here and he said in would eliminat the 2nd o2 so i went and checked my car and there is only one sensor befor and no othere sensor no wires danglin and i even checked the header and no sensor only one its mad wierd i thought all obd2 have 2 or more

The stock cat has 2 holes in in for sensors. Something has to be in both of them.
