I've read everything I can, I have a few questions still in helping me decide how I'm going to handle this. I just don't know a few things.
A) I have 2 bent valves...if I drive it like this can i damage any other parts of the head.
B) I have spoken to a guy that can sell me a pnp'd head. It is not assembled. Would I have to get the valve seats redone to put the valves in (stock), is this standard work on a pnp , or can I just ask the guy if hes done it or not. (I'm not clear on the process of actually installing valves in a head)
C) Can you reuse a valve seal or are these replaced everytime you take a valve out?
D) I am considering rebuilding the head myself. From what I understand the process in basic would be remove head, have valve seats redone, install new valves, replace head? Can I not touch the rest of the head except for the 2 valves I bent?
As you can see all my questions have to do with specifics of installing valves. I couldnt find a good quick writeup on that
