Question about JDM Foglight power ports (kick panel)

Hello PO! This is my first post, so flame on! I've done as much research on this issue on this site and elsewhere, and haven't found any definitive answers yet, so I thought I'd try here. Thanks in advance for any help.

I recently picked up a set of JDM fogs with original external and internal harness, switch etc. for use on my 01 Base lude. Installation was easy thanks to the multiple FAQ's kicking around the internet. I've done the H3/H3c conversion, and everything is working as normal..

..except that it appears that my keyless entry/alarm system wants to be plugged into port 5 on the under-dash fuse panel. With the fog relay (brown connector with thick white cable) attached to port 5, and the switch cable attached (brown connector with 2 red cables) to port 1 or 2, the fogs work properly. This would be fine, but I've gotten used to having the keyless entry for obvious reasons.

I tried plugging the fog relay instead into port 1, and the switch into ports 2 or 3. In both cases, the fogs work, for a moment, and then the ABS/climate panel fuse (7.5) blows. So my questions are basically as follows:

-Is there a way to run the fog relay off of port 1 as opposed to port 5? I'm leery of simply installing a higher rated fuse without finding out if this is a possibility.
-If port 5 is the only option, is it possible to split port 5 to accommodate both the keyless entry and fog relay? For instance, using the same kind of disconnect heads with some wire that was involved in the H3/H3c conversion?

Let me restate that when the fogs are in port 5, they work perfectly. I'm running 55w H3 bulbs.

Any guidance with this problem would be much appreciated! Let me know if I'm forgetting to describe any important info.

Cheers!

They work fine because that's how they're supposed to be wired. The #5 port provides power straight from the battery and runs on heavier gauge wire. The other ports run through other circuits and are only meant to provide power to switches.

Whoever installed your alarm is an idiot for leaving the main power wire exposed like that. Find another place to draw power for the alarm (like the ignition) or sell your fogs.

I'll look into having the alarm power cable moved. It does seem like a stupid place for it to be, and it came like that when I purchased the car in 2009. One more of the many little left overs from the previous owner of course.. Thanks for the advice Shimee!
