Question about half shafts
Now I see that I need a half shaft when doing the 5 spd swap.
however, when I go and look at auto vs manuals parts. they
look the same.
is there really a difference in the half shafts

They are different...

The auto half-shaft splines are different on the transmission end...

If you are doing a swap you need the Manual half-shaft, and the bracket.
