I am looking to buy a body kit sometime within this year. I am looking to spend around $800. I might go over that...but i would prefer not to cause of instalation and what not.
My Car isnt lowered and I dont really plan on lowering here. Also this is almost going to be a daily driver car. So what type of quality is good so it dosent crack? I know Fiber Glass is crap. What would be good and where are some good places to look? I would probably end up ordering it online.
Ive been going through import tuner and trying all the web sites on it but they all seem to offer great prices but all seem to be fiber glass. Im also looking for a aggresive type kit.
Any help would be much appreciated

I have the wingswest aggresive front bumber its poly urathane Its good so if u bump curbs like i do,, u wont shatter it, i mixed match my rest though,,VIS invader siderskirts, and stalker bumber there all fiberglassTRY VISracing.com later.......
I got a ViS Mugen Replica front bumper from airzjordan and the quality that he picked out was superb (thickness, etc); even the paint shop person say it too ...you could go for the GTP blue class body kits which are much more stronger fiberglass since there are more layers. Otherwise stick w/ the Wings West (aggressor or avenger) and Greddy (lip) urethane or OEM abs (?) material. BTW some soccer mom backed into me the other day and messed my driver side fender up a little but took off lots of paint off of the Mugen bumper but no cracks

hah ayeah.... i just found out that AUTHENTIC VEILSIDE kits are freaking made out of Fiberglass
well shouldnt be that excited since the AUTHENTIC MUGEN KIT is fiberglass too.
What i suggest is if you would like a polyurethane bumper ... go the WW route.
sorry if somebody got offended by my fiberglass comment but um well the problem is all the facts that i read on the web sites say they are all mostly made out of fiverglass and not urathane.
About www.VISracing.com, the only kits i like are the Invader and Fuzion...
I really really love the wings west AVENGER kit. Costs a little to much though......
But lets say I do get fiber glass, i live in small city compared to LA and what not so there is like parking places everywhere so i dont really have to worry about hitting curbs and no real big bumps except train tracks (some of them) and speed bumbs and i said i wouldnt lower my car so...would i still worry about cracking them? And i dont do much high way driving.....

heres how i see it, I used to be sooo worried, oh have to get urethane kit, fiberglass sucks. But i figure, if your bashin curbs and flyin over speed bumps and nasty railroad tracks, youre gonna jack up anything even if its steel (you get what im saying). Just be careful regardless.
yeah be careful in what ever you get... IMO ... fiberglass kit tend to always have flaws....fitment problems, its wavy, crack within time cause it doesnt flex or vibrate as well as urethane, rock chips, etc.... thats why im going to WW route now... also parents didnt like me having extra bumper laying in the garage...
