Put Stickers on Gauges...to personalize them

I painted my gauge bezels this past weekend...man, they look REALLY NICE! Thanks to instructions on NTPOG.ORG... while I took the plastic gauge cover apart, i saw these gauges and was wondering if I could put some small stickers on them to make them look 'personalized'. Does anyone know if I can do that without hurting the gauges? It shouldn't affect the accuracy on the gauges right? It's a good idea isn't it??

BTW, it's off-topic..but what's ATTS (what does it stand for)? I know it's similar to LSD...right? Also does 98 SH has it?

ATTS = Active Torque Transfer System
LSD = Limited Slip Differential

98 SH has ATTS (all lude SH's have this, which is why its an SH and not a base model

no ludes come with LSD, unless u install in aftermarket

When I installed my indiglo gauges faces, I took the opportunity to personalize them while I had everything disassembled. It won't hurt anything unless the needle is actually brushing against whatever you put there. I put a tiny skull/crossbones over the gas light so that the skull lights up when the gas is low. I also put a tiny arrow at around 5000rpm to mark approx when VTEC kicks in. I was thinking of putting a fancier design over the face but I don't feel like taking it apart again.

What's the main difference between ATTS and a LSD? does the ATTS provide more power to the outside wheel or what?

Hey One:

Is it a b*tch to change the stock meter faces (whatever you call'em)? Anyone with steps or instructions on how to remove the glass?

Thanks

you mean the plastic covering the gauges??
well look on the ntpog web site...........
its easy, just take off the 2 screws on top...........pull that black plate off buy pushing upwards and out
then there are 4 more screws that need to be taken out
this brings out the guage cluster. Simply remove the wire clips, then press in all the tabs.............easy
but be careful w/ the gauge cluster once you remove the plastic thingy.......dont want any dust in there......
