I difinately recommend them especially for SS ludes. Basically pullies are larger and lighter then the oem ones which cause it to rotate slower causing your accessories to not get as much current which means more hp. U will find an increase of pwr. around the board and helped bring my low end torque back that i lost from my CAI
There worth it if you don't drive in heavy traffic. My car has been dying in traffic recently with my lights and stereo. Unless of course it's my alternator going cause I never had these problems before. I have had the pulleys almost 2 years.

I do 2 amps, 12" alumium sub and 7 neon's and still work
-I did have problems w/ it dying when i left my neons on w/out the ignition but when i jumped it i brought it to pep boys (i recently bought it like 2 weeks before) and they said it was a faulty battery Which i am kinda happy about since i was going to spend some $330 for another batttery in the trunk.
