I have a 2001 Honda prelude SH and every time i turn my headlights on there is a quick thump noise that come from the speakers. It does it even if the radio is off. Some help please??

Hopefully someone gets to us because I have that same problem. lol

I take it you have HIDs? It's something to do with the voltage backpressure of the ballasts. Whenever they turn on they send current in reverse through the chassis, and naturally speakers are the most sensitive thing so they pick this up.

If you don't have HIDs then **** if I know.

Yup i got HID's . And is there a way to remove the problem?
