Primary O2 Sensor wrench/tool

So I have PB Balasted the O2 sensor for 2 days now and have yet to budge this thing. I have rented the O2 sensor tool from Autozone, but it doesn't seem to fit real well. I've used a crescent wrench and hammer to try and break it loose.

Has anyone used C4 yet on these things?
Just seems like the tool from Autozone doesn't fit as good as well as it could. Has anyone a lead on something better?

Crescent wrench should be all you need. If the sensor is seized, there isn't a whole lot you can do about it. If you torque the hell out of it to get it out you'll just strip the bung or break the sensor. I'd just go to a muffler shop and have them remove it and weld in a new O2 bung if they can't get it out....shouldn't cost more than $20. Not really worth the hassle to fight with it yourself IMO.

Probably a good call indylude18 .. I'm sure they (muffler shops) deal with these things all the time..
Thanks

Just drive the car until it reaches operating temperature. You should be able to remove it easily.

Well, thought I'd update this thread incase someone else needs these suggestions. I couldn't just give up on something I had started. I got the 5/8 socket from Autozone (rented no dollars spent) and got under it after I had driven it (thanks TheJGB-2KTypeSH) put the socket on the sensor, taped the handle with a hammer a few times and success! Changed out both sensors - no problem. Re-booted overnight and she is purring again.
I got the Denso O2s and the only thing I was disappointed in was they didn't have the rubber cushion thingys that goes in the body clips to hold the wines in place. I was able to salvage the old ones and put them onto the Densos so all is good.

Thanks to eveyone.
