Prelude SE exhaust

I want to install a cat-back exhaust on my 2001 Prelude. I'm looking for any suggestions that would help me decide between all the available systems. What is the quietest system that still performs? I don't really want the loudest system out there, but I can live with it if it means more power. Of the available systems what is going to produce the most horsepower/torque for a naturally aspirated Lude? What's the best system if I plan on going for a Turbo system? Also, what's the best system for the money? And where is a good place to order an exhaust system online?
