STOP DOING THAT!! j/k

sorry dude, but that stuff looks to be way over my head. Its ok though I dont really want to get into along discussion about it, besides I seem to have lost my calculator so I cant really do the calculations.

Oh and I dont have AIM
no need for calculations.

just think of it as two things being multiplied.

like moving rocks that weighs 2 oz. compared to another rock weighing 3 oz.....you have 1000 rocks for the 2 oz rocks and 2/3 the amount of 3 oz rocks. you need to move these rocks which are in a pile on the floor and move them across the room. you can only take one at a time though.
In order to move the same amount of Ounces(oz) you need to move the 2 oz ball faster cause there are more 2 oz balls.

Just like air molecules moving through a bigger smaller pipe. bigger pipe can move more OZ of air than a smaller pipe at the same temp and pressure. so in order for the smaller pipe to move the same amount of air(oz) as the bigger pipe it must go faster.

your car probably feels faster because they probably reset your ECU. Since our cars have OBD2, it learns the mods that have been done to them and detunes them. I ran at the track and pulled my ecu after a couple of runs, and it ran .2 seconds faster.

flybyludegirls....

there is a point however where pv=rt , where the piping diameter and the pressure etc is at the optimum diameter for the maximum gain to be achieved from the velocity of gas obtained from pressure and the mass of air leaving through the increased diameter of piping......

i would say this is the exact diameter that catback R&D strive for, to find the perfect balance to obtain maximum performance gains from air leaving quickly due to the right amount of pressure AND the amount due to the size of piping

you got it man....PV=RT

atleast someone knows whats going on. They run through equations first and then find an optimal flow. they test it...and test around there calcs to see whats the best diameter piping to use and muffler

I dont know what Honda did to my car, but whatever it was made my car faster.

Hey if you dont want to put your exhaust back on wanna sell it to me??
