I think the smallest most aftermarket TB's come is 68mm which is larger than the stock Euro R IM inlet. I had my Euro R mani prepped by roskoracing.com so that it was port matched to my 68mm TB.

I'd stick with something closer to stock, like 62-64mm. Options for this are boring your original TB or getting an S2K TB.

Might be hard to find that info as very, VERY few people out there do the full Euro R swap to even get their hands on that TB. Reason for my original post was for only a little bit more money you can get one prepped by rosko with all the adapters needed (yes you need them, mani will not bolt up out of box) and he will port match to any TB for you. Unless of course you are going to mill the flange, plug the air injection holes, make an IACV adapter, fuel rail adapter, relocate the brake booster nipple, make a new throttle cable bracket, remove unused vac nipples and port the area around the injectors to make yours fit.

That manifold requires a good bit of modification to make it bolt up to a regular H22a, read.

***Rosko Racing***

I will attest though for a N/A car that is street driven this IM is the most bang for your buck and definitely worth the time spent to make it work, I'm a happy customer of his.
