PLEASE HELP - Weird Problem - NEED HELP ASAP

Ok guys, here's my problem. I am hearing a strange noise that is coming from what appears like the left front wheel. The noise sounds like either plastic or thin metal (kind of like a head shield or something kind of vibrating against something else). I think it's definitely a metallic sound and its between grinding and clanking if that makes any sense. Now this only happens when I am in gear and the car is moving. Doesn't happen at idle. And it only happens for about 1-2 second and starts at 2600rpm-3000rpm ONLY. This happens in every gear although its more prominent in 2nd and 3rd, I'm guessing because the rpms climb to fast in 1st. It doesn't happen if the car is rolling up hill or down hill in neutral and doesn't happen if i'm in gear and not giving any gas. ONLY happens when accelerating slowly at those precise rpms. It's very strange and I can't begin to figure out what it could be. I took all the wheels off and inspected the car to see if I could find anything and I couldn't. If you can offer any advice, it would be helpful.

~Alex

Nope, I made sure of that. It's weird man. I found a red stain on my brand new exhaust piping (right behind the right rear wheel. It looks red like brake fluid, but seems more like the color of blood. It's so weird and its freaking me out cause my braking has been bad recently and now I'm paranoid thinking that my line could be leaking brake fluid and that's the red stain. But it doesn't really look like it either, so I don't know.

I have a strange sound coming from my front driver's side wheel area. When my mechanic pulled the car up, he said it's the stock shock that is making the noise. I've been riding on H&R sports for 2 years with stock shocks and abusing the suspension on roads in Washington DC. He noticed the stock shock was leaking. When I'm driving, esp on the highway, I hear this noise that kind of sounds like those old cars with timing belt problems. It's a squeeky sound. Sometimes I hear it, sometimes I don't (probably because my exhaust is WAY too loud). When I'm not moving, I don't hear it BUT if I push down on my hood/fender/wheelwell, I can hear a audible 'creak'. I hope this might help.
