Hey I was messin with the VAFC last night and have a question..

I was monitoring throttle percentage and it NEVER hit 100% it got as high as 99.6%?? I had it pegged to the floor for about 20 seconds.. is this a problem?

check the tension on the throttle cable. you probably have too much slack.

Check your manual and calibrate the tps signal with the tps sensor. If I remember correctly, it is in the ect mode. You go to the sensor voltage check, after 5 seconds or so hold the throttle down. It is in the apexi site. Have fun.....
