Got mine in the mail today. Nice work. They appear to be a much better quality bulb than say the hyper whites. After installing them and waiting until the sun went down, I was very pleased. They are not as "white" as some other aftermarket bulbs but they are much brighter and you can actually see the road. Don't get me wrong however, they are still much whiter than the stock bulbs. Let's wait and see how long they will last. I have heard that these last a long time (the main reason I bought them, and of course for the low price of $32.00 shipped). Will update later when I get a good feel for them and how long they last. Have fun.

what do you mean by not bright enough man, you mean they are dimmer than most hyper whites, or too blue?

but i've only used the cheap hipers, euros, etc, etc. Get em, atleast you won't have to change them every 2 months.
This is very true. I have had lets see here...I think about 6 pairs of H1's in the last year and a half. So, needless to say, I am freaking sick of them burning out. I have had a few pairs of different hyper whites, Catz Galazy (which were badass, color was like a true HID light, but they only lasted about 6 months), and some PIAA super whites that didn't last very long. I am happy with these lights because like I said they are very good quality, the brightness of them is good, and they are still pretty white. The main reason I like them is because they are (from what I hear) going to last a long time.

I used several brands of bulbs (all 55w conficuration)...from the no name generic "blue" "white" HID looking versions to the Hella Optilux's which cost me $40 a pair to the Phillips Blue Visions. As far as light output, I feel the Optilux's were the brightest. Whith the cheaper "blue" bulbs the light output was terrible, yeah they looked cool, but you could not do some serious driving with them.
The Phillips blue vision, put out a nice white light (read no blue/purple) but I find teh light output to be a little low. I have never used the $70 - $100 a pair bulbs , the PIAAs and stuff and never will...too much cash. I currently have the Phillips Blue Vision, I think they will last the longest. I was considering putting some "yellower" bulbs in my driving lights...oh we'll see.
