Recently I went to go to work one morning and I went to roll down my windows and my passenger side window wouldn't go down, you can hear and see the motor moving and running inside the door (as when you roll the windows all the way up the door "Squishes" out) but the window pane itself stayed exactly where it was, then later that day like a jack ass i rolled down the window again and this time the glass actually came down but when I went to roll it up the piece of glass came outside the track it's supposed to be in. I pushed the window back down as non-forcefully as possible and then set it so it's rolled up. I talked to my dad about it and he said it might be the gears going bad, but wouldn't the motor not run if it were the gears? do you guys think it's just the trap for the window pane? any knowledge would be great!
