Overheating wont go away

97 Honda prelude

A few months ago my prelude started overheating when in traffic and at stoplights. turns out a fan wasnt working. replaced it. then it was fine for a few weeks until it started to do it again. so i replaced the thermostat and did a radiator flush and bled the system. it was fine for a few days and then did it again. so we yanked out the radiator to discover the whole bottom was disintegrated and the fins were missing or falling off. replaced the radiator with a new oem one. then i went a couple months with no problems. then i started overheating again and noticing loss of coolant. Also some shop removed my thermostat saying i wouldnt need one anyways, (to this day i still dont have one). so i had some kind of test done by an autopart store (pepboys) to test the headgasket for leaks and they said it just barely failed the test. so i had the head taken off and sent off to be cleaned, pressure checked and semi rebuilt, changed the headgasket (honda oem), along with the fan switch sender and temp gauge sensor and had timing belt and water pump done as well. turns out water pump was cracked half way to hell. so then i was fine for another month or so until 2 weeks ago when it started to overheat again. (by now im noticing it likes to overheat when at a stop or slow with ac on but when i turn ac off it cools back down). so i brought it to my mechanic who said that the fan i replaced a couple months ago was bad and wasnt turning on with the ac. so we replaced it...again. then today i was at a drivethru window (with ac on) and the temp started to shoot up again. so i turned off the ac and it went down. Coolant level is fine. I need help before I sell the car out of fustration.

Thanks in advance

Have you pressure tested the radiator cap?

I replaced the radiator cap along with the radiator. I havent pressure checked the new one. As far as bleeding, I turned the temp lever to hot for the ac and opened the rad cap, removed I believe the coil pack and loosened the bleeder valve underneath until a steady stream of coolant flowed (no bubbles).
