Most people I have seen swap the seatbelt mechanism from the original seats. My main concern is mounting the s2k or rsx seats. I wouldn't trust some of the brackets I have seen.

rsx seats in lude

I put a set of rsx seats in my 98 SH. Had to get a set of seat brackets made for them by a good custom shop mostly to get seats as low as possible for my 6-2 ht and hi-hair! Swapped the seat belt sockets worked fine. Make sure that you don't connect up the air bag in the seat to anything, it might go off! RSX slide rails worked great, a little more travel than the stock lude seats. Really comfy and look like the after market seats wrap around, and I like a firm seat.

JDM SiR S-Spec....does that count?

Yes I had to swap the JDM passenger rail for the USDM driver rail/seat height adjuster.
