Opinions and ideas on rims? Thanx!

Okay, many questions. Just got me a 98SS and I want to put rims on. What do you guys think of these?

Also, if I only have $1000 to spend, is there costs I'm not aware of when putting rims on the car other than having someone do it? Also, how can I tell if the rims will fit on the car? How is Wheelmax.com with ordering rims from, the prices seem really low? And last but not least, could I drive my car on a 1200 mile trip after putting these rims on just like normal rims or should I be more careful about driving? Oh, and any other suggestions or ideas you have would be greatly appreciated Thanks a lot people...your much appreciated!

I'm probably gonna go with a mugen knockoff. Those konig greenlights look pretty sweet

Putting wheels on the car is super easy. Just jack it up take the old one off and put the new one on. Not hard. Yeah, you can drive the car just as you would with the stockies but be more careful as you don't want to curb your $1000+ dollar investment.

One thing with aftermarket tires is that you need to know the CORRECT air pressure. Depending on what size rims/tires you get, the tire pressure is different. I have a set of 18" wheels I desperately want to get rid of... Interested? email me: SangLee80@hotmail.com

get some 22's chrome, so you could be rolling on dub, like those Escalade people. you know i saw an old mercedes s with monster truck set up... it was ridiculously halarious.

it was sitting up like 3 storys high. it's for sale, by the way

i think the style is a little too old for my tastes, that rim has been out forever, i dont personally care for it, but more importantly is that i can tell you i bought a set of rims for a previous car from wheelmax and everything came out just fine. and yes i think there prices are pretty low, when i was shopping around they beat everyones prices at the time. good luck, enjoy rims!
