ok type s what exactly do I need for that twenty extra horsepower
ok what are the exact internals that I can buy type s that is im lookin for pistons, rods, is that all or anything else besides intake exhaust any help would be appreciated thanks.
I think its cams, rods, pistons, mildly polished throttle body, and a couple of other things... but do a search. Its your best bet for a definitive answer.
Cams, pistons, rods, P/P head with slightly steeper valve cuts, finer sand casting of the intake manifold (smoother runners) with 2mm larger butterfly secondaries, larger TB, different I/H/E and different ECU (IG and A/F tuned for higher comp. and higher octane fuel)
I'm sure there is something I left out....

I am nobody now as far as mods but whos to say im not planning on going type s internals and mugen bolt ons, ohh yeah did I mention the 55 shot of .......... I have 2,500 right now and three of its goin to tag and another 150 to insurance in about two months im gonna start executing the plans for my 01 ss that is gonna see low fourteens. I don't think the engines are cheap and it won't bolt up to a SS. The extra bit of hp wouldn't be worth the money you would spend getting a new engine and transmission.
