Ok SS diagnostics gurus, here's one for ya

Ok I have a 99 SS base and have two codes coming up for it- P0700 and a p1738. Since the weather has gotten cold it seems a bit hesitant to upshift when it's cold, but once the engine and trans warm up, it shifts fine. The kicker is, it's a new (used JDM) trans, and I got the exact same two codes on my old trans which was also shifting fine... I imagine it's something electrical, but do any of you know what exactly? I had swap over the lock up solenoids from the old, as the new one (used JDM) the connectors were broken off, could that be the culprit? Any input is much obliged..

Test the solenoids its relatively easy. you need a multimeter, some clip leads and a bit of patience.
