On the first issue, you need to remove the valve cover and replace the gasket. The kit comes with the outer gasket and spark plug "o rings". As for the leak on the floor, It could be from a few places....starting from the oil pan gasket, oil pump seal, crankshaft seals(front and/or back) or the oil cooler line leak, etc..etc... I would suggest to place a large piece of cardboard under the car and see were the oil spots are and try and go from there. You can also just get under the car and see any spots that look TOO greasy(usually by a gasket/seal area).
