oil in spark plug tube/ oil leak

Hi guys I just bought a 01 prelude and I have two problems with it. one- there's oil in the spark plug/wire tube. two- there's also an oil leak on the floor. its not that bad but it sure takes alot of oil over time. where could it be from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. looking forward to reading what you all think.

On the first issue, you need to remove the valve cover and replace the gasket. The kit comes with the outer gasket and spark plug "o rings". As for the leak on the floor, It could be from a few places....starting from the oil pan gasket, oil pump seal, crankshaft seals(front and/or back) or the oil cooler line leak, etc..etc... I would suggest to place a large piece of cardboard under the car and see were the oil spots are and try and go from there. You can also just get under the car and see any spots that look TOO greasy(usually by a gasket/seal area). i better stop now

well after you put on the valve cover seal, I guess try to shake out what ever is left. Eventually it'll just burn off.

Suck it out with a straw. Carefully.
