Oil pump failed. What am i lookin at to replace.

So i will most likely be buying a 2001 prelude 2.2 vtec 5spd and he had the timing belt fail and oil pump fail. I know that i wont know exactly what will need replacing until i pull it apart but i have a few questions, as ive heard its kind of common for these engines. im guessing the eingine is oil starved so i wont be able to reuse the block without machining it. What engines can be replaced with this. id like to be around 1.3k for the engine swap so what would be a good route to go. what can i pull an engine from and interchange them. im guessing the valves are bent also because he said the timing belt broke. I think it has the H22A if im reading correctly can i jist get a running unit pulled from a car and swap it in? sorry if i dont make sense. I have insomnia and im tired but i cant sleep.

Oil filter up top? Or down low on the back of the block?
