Oil Leak

My 97 Vtec leaking oil, driving me crazy. Looked like oil pan leak. Used RTV gasket maker and still leaked. Then, took it back apart and used HondaBond and still getting leak. Now think then leak could be above the oil pan. Has any one had this problem???? Crank seal leak maybe???? Please help

No idea. seems to be a common issue with the H22A4 block. I have a 97 Vtec thats lost 2 quarts+ in a month. Only signs I can find are residue around the mating point of the block and head.

How many miles do you have on it, since it's not your oil pan start checking the simple things. Oil cooler seal, vtec solonoid( prbly isn't spell that right) distributer ring, clean it up and take some pictures where the leak looks to be coming from and pray it's not a rear main seal. Check to see if there's motor oil in your clutch housing if there is there's a good chance it's rear main
