Oh Boy here we go! (simi-long)

97 Prelude SH! The window switches, power mirror switch, and power door lock switch (on the drivers side door only) are not working...... I have checked the fuses nothing blown I tried seeing if power was getting to them but I only go a signal from a few of the wires! I got a reading of 1.5 volts going to the door lock switch, but I couldnt get a signal through the door lock switch itself, so I know that switch is bad! But there are like 15 wires to the window switchs, and I dont know which ones to check, same thing with the power mirror switch! Is it really poss. for all these to go out at once, or are they set up that if one goes out that all 4 switches dont work? I dont understand it! Help

OK you are going to have to do some trouble-shooting. What DOES work? The passenger door function? Auto locks, the other mirror? Your multiplex control unit handles all those functions except the mirrors. The mirrors only have under hood fuse box (#33 {50A} and #32 {100A}), underdash fuse box (#9 {7.5A}, underdash relay, and switch (and every connection in between), so it is the simplest circuit to test. Did you check them all? The multiplex unit is designed to conserve power when not in use (sleep mode), so sometimes you won't get a signal. When the light are on does the auto button light up? Is everything plugged in? Has any work been done on it? If that doesn't work look at page 23-177 of HELM to troubleshoot the mirrors.

The passenger door function(All of the pass door functions work, window, and door lock, But the control for the pass mirror is on the drivers door)

Your multiplex control unit handles all those functions except the mirrors. (I dont know where this is located in the car?)

The mirrors only have under hood fuse box (#33 {50A}(didnt check this one)

and #32 {100A}) (or this one)

underdash fuse box (#9 {7.5A} (but I did) check this one

I did a basic signal check, on the door look, got no signal through the switch, but I did through the wire that comes through the door!

There are a ton of wires on the door locks, I didnt know which ones to check. Same with the mirrors! I just dont understand how that whole door is dead (well the door light works) and the pass. door is still working?
