Odometer broken and sticking Rear O/S brake

Hi, firstly my Prelude 5th gen. Odometer has broken after official UK MOT stamped at 61,160 miles in November last year. Is there a guide to fixing this? I have bought a complete new speedo / odometer / rev counter dash assembly as back up but this has 96,000 on odometer. Could this be corrected to somewhere near the true mileage and could anyone pass on instructions as to how to do it?

Also, I have a sticking rear O/S brake which is affecting the tracking and wonder whether this would be an easy job for mechanic or would I need to get brake assembly from a Prelude part breaker?

Would really appreciate any advice out there.
