This is nothing like Hondata's system. This is just a scan tool, only designed to monitor the system. Hondata's is designed to let you change (remap) the ECU through converting to an older OBD1 ECU.

Nope. Try searching for ECU or reprogram and you'll see these same words repeated over and over again.
That's why many people revert back to an OBDI system that is re-programmable, such as a Hondata.
How much for a hondata system and is it basically switching the ecu to ob1 and getting a plug in kit for $250 to convert it? If i am way off track tell me

All your questions can be answered by going through the various sections on that site.
To sum it up, though, you'd have to pay for:
- OBDI ECU
- OBDII --> OBDI Harness
- Hondata ECU Interface Box
- Any upgrades if necessary (boost functionality, datalogging, EEPROM emulation, etc)
The gains from switching to an OBDI ECU arise from the fact that you can adjust the fuel and timing tables to better suit the modifications performed. Sometimes an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a V-AFC just don't cut it...

too much for too little unless you are going FI... IMO
the obdII scan tool is sounding better and better...
