obd1 to obd2 (jdm h22 in 00 prelude)

ok I have a 00 prelude sh and I just popped the motor. What is required in swapping a jdm h22 to be compatible with obd2. I know there was a thread around here on this topic but if anyone could let me know that would be gravy.

edit: oh yes and I have an aem ems so the atts diff is already disabled. I'm looking into a jdm h22 with lsd tranny.
