ntpog, shortened my shifter

I think i went a lil too far cuz the boot and the knob wont COMPLETELY snap together? can i modify the stock boot or do i need a new one?
BTW, i like this mod alot, feels alot better and i can chirp 3rd alot easier now

i wanna do this, but im just worried about when i eventually sell my car, if people are still gonna wanna buy it when they see that the shifter has been cut. what i really want to do is find a company that makes one, but i don't think anybody does yet.

- ludefoshizzle - : was it hard, how long did it take?

Don't say anything about cutting the shifter whenever you sell it..Prelude shifter are kinda short anyways. Someone who has never drivin a 5spd prelude would never know

You need to modify (cut) the silver ring that holds the boot to the knob...as shown on ntpog.
