not another strange sound!!!!

Well again im hearing $h!t. First it was the valves, got them adjusted, now im hearing a whine kinda like a rubbing belt. anyone else experience anykind of whine under the hood. sounds kinda like a belt or pulley. i have a 2001 sh and it has 14,000 miles on it now. when i cut the motor off i can hear the intake finish gulping and i hear this "belt-like" whine for a couple of seconds also. It just started this week. if anyone would like to help feel free. thanks a lot.
