Noise noise noise!!! Driving me nuts!

I love my gen 5 'lude but it has developed some very annoying sounds. Anyone experience any of the following?

( 1 ) When it's cold (everyday in Colorado right now), my car make an obnoxious, high pitched, flucuating, buzzing noise. It seems to be directly connected with my car's speed. Not RPMs. Whenever I get to about 30mph, the sound is clearly audible. On some days it's louder than others. After a few miles of driving and with the engine warm, the sound seems to dissapper. Bugs the crap out of me, not to mention the embarrassment of driving a squealing car.

( 2 ) My clutch sometimes make a screeching noise when it slips. Not to often, but once enough to have me worried. It happens when I start from a stop, typically going uphill. The sound is horrible, like... like.... scraping metal. Is my clutch in need of replacement? I have 32,000 miles.

( 3 ) My suspension makes a croaking noise after stopping from moderate to heavy braking. When I pressed down on the hood of my car, it also makes a noise similiar to trampoline springs being stretched.

I'm actually taking it to Honda tomorrow, but would appreciate any incite into the matter.

Thanks!

I'LL TAKE DOOR NUMBER 2 PAT...
I have experienced that 2 problem and it has bugged the crap out of me from day one when I bought my car 8 months ago new. Mine sounds like metal rattling when I let the clutch out in lower rpm in 2nd and 3rd and sometimes in 1st when I'm real lucky. I have become skilled in denial and keeping my car from doing it. Talked to honda about it and they said something but I wasn't really paying attention. They said it's not serious but if it gets worse (which it hasn't) I'll have it looked at. Other wise I don't feel like taking my mods off for a day of play at the dealer that would probabaly turn into a week without my baby for a bolt that wasn't torqued enough because a builder in Japan was having a bad day due to late allimony.
