NO1 piston not working

ok guys my engine was acting up and decided to replaced the cap and rotor and decided to clean my egr valve. so while i was in therei decided to celan my egr ports as well. well when i was makeing the threads to pull out the ports i snaped the threader in the port so i had to take off the throtle boddie and fuel rail to pull out the messed up port. when i finaly got the ports out and cleaned them with throttle boddie/carb. cleaner, i put everything back together again and now my clynder 1 is not working. there is spark but its missfireing. please guys if you you know what i can do or what i did please let me know

Turn the car upside-down and shake it. Then all the junk will fall out.
