NGK wires worth it? - Honda Prelude Forum

Any gains at all? Whats the +'s and -'s of getting them?
Ive heard some say +5hp (?how can this be?) with these, and seems worth it since they are only ~60 bucks..

your stock plug wires are made from NGK. I was told stock is just fine. I have MSD wires and i dont feel any difference. next go around im getting NGK again.

You won't gain anything unless your curent wires are frayed or very old. I changed my stock wires at 85K on my 95 Accord to NGK and noticed nothing.

NGK are good wires though and they are the OEM ones except NGK are 8mm and OEM is 7.5mm. I'm getting some for my H22.
