New Tranny. Switching from Auto to Manual?

One of my friends just bought a 98 prelude and the autostick tranny is junked. Can anyone tell me how easy it is to switch to a manual. Has anyone done this? Is it hard? What all has to be done.....what kind of parts need to be taken off of the manual to make the conversion?

here's how everyone here would SAY and DO.

first, you get the car (ss lude) and go to your nearest dealer with a 5spd 5th gen lude . trade the ss lude in, and pay the difference.

and that's how u get ur ss lude to become 5spd!!

but really. it's basically a waste of money doing a complete swap. there's a guy here that did it. i think it cost around 3-5g's some **** like that. his name is dptkl something like that. he said he did
it because level 10 couldn't support his 400hp set up. so he decided to do a tranny swap.
