new prelude problems, please help

hey, i just bought a 2001 prelude se last week for 7000 CAD. it is in mint condition, and has lots of upgrades. my problem is that i have a 9 pound flywheel and stage 1 clutch. so sometimes the car is hard to start, and i have to give it some gas. other times i will be at a red light, and it will shut off, and when i turn it back on i have to keap the rpm's up in order to keap it running. the guy i got it from warned me it idles really low, but sometimes it drops below 500 rpm then cuts out. but today i put the clutch in to glide down a hilll, and it turned off, and i lost power steering going around a corner. do i need to replace the flywheel with a stock onee?

Start with adjusting the idle.

i just went and started the car, and it slowly worked its way up to 1500, then after 3 minutes droped to 1300, 3 more mins dropped to 1100. then 5 mins and dropped to 900, so i dont need to raise my idle. it just happens sometimes i guess

Clutch and flywheel have nothing to do with your issues.

Sounds like fuel or spark. It is normal to start a cold engine and have the idle high and drop slowly as it warms up.

Replace fuel filter, sparks, wires, rotor and cap, check all fluids, check fuel injectors, clean EGR valve and ports, check fuel pump.
