Got new NGK plugs and wires. This may be a newbie question but want to make sure I do it right. Read a number of how tos for changing plugs. Seems quite easy. Couple questions though:
Do i need to adjust the gap or can I use the plug as is?
Can i torque it snug or do i need to do it to spec?
Be extremely careful when checking the gap. You can damage the soft tip and foul the plug instantly.

NEVER EVER EVER put anti seize on a spark plug. That is one of the most miss-interpreted idea. The threads are used as a ground for the spark plugs to the engine. By putting anti-seize on you are limiting the grounding which could cause your car to misfire. I've seen it multiple times.
The service manual has the torque specs for plugs that have anti-seize. If you get anti-seize on the electrode, then you'll get some misfiring for sure.
