Need suggestions on camber kit

This seems to be a popular issue, but searching didn't really answer all my questions. Checked out my car at the dealership today having some work done to it, and noticed the inside of the front tires is worn down pretty good (Eibach prokit installed). Rears looked alright just from a glance. I saw Billy mentioned that he preferred the Progress front camber kit over the Ingalls, was wondering what the reasons were. I'm assuming the camber isn't off too much, but haven't had a chance to get any tests done. I also read that some people were having squeaking problems with the rubber bushings and was wondering if this issue had been resolved (post was from June). So I'm just looking for some general suggestions on brands and type for front and rear. Also a recommendation on where to buy them, I would like to get these in fairly soon. Thanks in advance.

Alignment

You need to have the car aligned to begin with. That is the only way to know which camber kits you need. It is likely that the toe-in is out of spec to start with. The drop may well be enough to cause you to need kits-but only the printout from the alignment will tell that. Both Ingalls and Specialty Products have parts for 4th and 5th gen in either rubber or polyurethane. The poly bushings will squeak and are actually meant for track use. The rubber ones are based on the Honda parts. Get the printout and then go to the websites to see what is available. You can look at my setup page on hp to see what my car needed (same parts for either Eibach or Neuspeed springs.

okay, it's off topic, but I been trying to search for graphic presentation on the physical location of where camber kit is suppose to go (compare to spring and shock). Trying to visualize it from text just doesn't cut it for me..can someone direct me to a picture or something?

Look

Go to either Ingalls or Specialty Products websites for graphics and great articles on their products.

Going to get the printout on the alignment when I get my car back which should be end of the week. I was looking at the Ingalls and Specialty Products websites, and was wondering if anybody had any comments on the Ingalls kits. I believe I should be fine with the 3571 for the rear, and will go with either the 3556 or 3558 in the front depending on what the printout says. Also, has anybody had clearance problems with the 3556? The Ingalls site says not to use it with a 1.25" drop or more and I'm right around there with the pro-kit. Any comments on quality or other suggestions will be appreciated.

Is it bad to just have a camber kit in the front? It doesn't seem like I have any camber wear on my rear tires, but my front ones are pretty bad. Also, isn't it a little pricey to get a read out, then go buy it, then go get it aligned again? Can we just go by what other people have for their setups? Anyone with an SH w/ Prokit & KYB AGX shocks?

Second alignment

Go to some one who offers a warranty on their alignment-like Pep Boys. Tell them what you want to do with the car and they very well may do the second one for free. If not you will be stuck with 2 alignments. Make absolutely certain that the shop does a 4-wheel alignment and that they know (after parts are on) that it can be fully aligned. Next: There is no way that every car will require the exact same setup parts wise. My suspension required me to actually change one rear camber kit after I put the Spoon ST Bar in the rear. (want a 3573-I got one.)
The front kits, in general are not able to deal with extreme changes in the road. Currently, there is only one kit (being modified as I write this by Specialty) that actually works on drops between 1.3-1.8, but it too is not perfect. I have dimples in the towers where the studs made contact. It is not a structural issue-just cosmetic for now. Specialty will be releasing there new front kit very soon.
For those with serious tire wear either front or rear-remember a major culprit is toe-in and that MUST be set right to avoid much wear and reduced fuel economy too.

Doesnt the SH need a special procedure to align due to the SH ATTS? I have a SS lowered with prokits/KYB AGX's, and my camber is only out of specs by .2 degrees (neg) on the frt and very close on the rear... If it's only .1-.3 off, I wouldn't even worry about it. I work at an alignment shop, and as long as tires are rotated every 3-5,000 miles, it takes a while for the tires to wear out with minimal camber problems... Good luck though!!!

The inside of my front tires are wearing like there's no tomorrow! Someone said there's no camber kit for the SH front. Is that true? I need a camber kit asap! How does 5 bills sound for camber kit with lifetime adjustments?
