need sugg on set of tires

i was checking my tires the other day and i noticed a huge bulge on the side wall. on top of that there are long slits that go aorund the wall as well. i dont think that they were slashed because it doesnt go all the way through. the tire still holds air but im scared of it blowing out on me. I dont got the cash for a full set so i gotta do one pair. Wut are the best tires i need low profile because the rears are bfgoodrich low porfiles i think they are euro t/a's dunno the numbers. let me know wut is the best buy.
