Need some Transmission Advice

I have a 97 base, with a built H23 hybrid in it. I am planning on turboing it next summer and i wasn't to sure what my options were as far as my trans. I'm hoping to be making close to 600hp so i need to be able to hold that to the ground and i don't want to blow up my stock H23 trans the first time i launch the car. So hear are my questions.

-The 4th gen M2B4 will bolt right up to my motor, and it should bolt right into place, correct?

-Will the 5th gen M2Z4 do the same?

-How hard are the above swaps?

-What are the advantages of these transmission compared to doing a tranny overhaul?

-What can be done to the stock H23 trans in order to hold the power?

I know this has been discussed before but it seems a little foggy to me. Any help would be grateful.

I did search, its a h23 with a h22 head. I was told that the h23 trans is only good (stock) up to 400hp maybe. Thanks, is there any major differences between the jdm 4th gen trans and the jdm 5th gen trans.
