Need some Help!!

Okay i am a newbie to this site and still gaining info about my prelude sh. Okay so i had to put a new motor in. So now i am almost done but stuck on a few things, the vaccum lines, i am needing some info on that. I have these two canister looking pieces that have vaccum hoses going into them and then also a place to plug wires into. Confused as to where they go. Also i am not sure what the correct firing pattern is. I dont wanna have my new engine mis-firing so if anyone can send me info on these topics, i would greatly appreciate it. Sorry if there are posts about this already, but i looked and couldnt find anything.....PLEASE HELP
