I need to raise my Prelude!!

I drive a 93' Prelude SR with a 2.3 L Vtec Engine, I bought my car this summer and I live in Alberta Canada and with winter quickly approaching I'm worried. My car is lowered, it was like that when I bought it and I need to figure out an option that will not be too expensive. Please help!!!
