Need quick answer on JDM fog install question !!

Im following these instructions :

Need JDM Fog Install Diagram.

step 13 - "Now take the brown plug off the interior wire harness that has the two red wires and connect this in port #2. Take the other brown plug which has the white/brown wire and put it port #5."

I have the white/brown wired brown plug, but not the first mentioned with the two red. Anyone know what port #2 in the fuse box does? Do I have the wrong harness ?

Port 2 is just a 12v power source.
I have a picture of my fuse panel but I can't upload it right now. IM me if you see me on later.
