Need new headlight.... harness?

I don't know the terminlogy for it.

You know how when you buy a new lightbulb, the H1 size, it has that single prong? To install it, you press in on that little metal bar to unhook this object from the headlight housing? You then plug the lightbulb into that object, set it back in the housing, and snap the bar back around the little plastic thing?

What is that object called? I was very stupid and lost two of them (the ones for my brights). Where can I buy them?

[edit] Also, where can I buy some Osram headlights? I'm tired of Sylvannia's burning out after a couple months.
