NEED HELP with 97 lude sh!!!

Hi everyone, i bought this car from a guy.. who bought it from his friend.. who did most of the mods.. which include: greddy turbo and blowoff valve, intercooler, skunk2 intake manifold, magnaflow exhaust, and rc 650 injectors. Now, the problem is the car will not stay running. it starts but does not idle, so i have to keeps the revs around 1000 rpm.. ive tried adjusting the idle screw on the skunk2 but it just allows me to let keep the rpm at 1000 instead of 1500. It was driven about a quarter mile while keeping the rpm above the 1000 mark.. but it backfires and seems to get harder to start as it gets warmed up a little bit. So now it doesnt run at all.. and we had to tow it back to my house. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated since i am pretty much out of ideas, and i would love to get this bad boy running asap.
Thanks.

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak and/or need a tune.

thanks for your responses but it wound up being a blown head gasket. we had checked compression but we didnt know that a car could have good compression with a blown head gasket.
